Privacy Notice FLYSURFER
Protecting your privacy is very important to us.
1. Scope of Application
2. Personal Data
Personal Data is data regarding personal or business details of a certain person or on a certain date determinable individual person, such as name, address, your bank account number, passport or telephone number, driver’s license number, and email address. Non-personal Data is, in contrast, data with which the ascertainment of your actual identity is not possible. This includes for example, information of your gender, which browser you use or which sports you prefer.
You will remain anonymous when using the skywalk-website, as long as you have not voluntarily given us personal data for our use. The only exception to this policy is represented by the temporary compulsory automatic storage of your IP-number. Full particulars are given below.
4. Mode, scope and purpose of data collection and use of your personal data
We collect and use your personal data primarily for the following purposes.
Automatic data collection, and use of the following personal data
We automatically collect information from everyone who visits the skywalk-websites regarding the IP-number assigned to your computer when you access the internet, which browser and operating system you use and which websites you have previously viewed. This data is stored in so-called log files on the web server. At the same time, the IP-number is considered to be personal data. For the protection against misuse of our own computer system, it is required to store the IP-number of site visitors for a temporary period of time. If we need to draw upon the log files in order to compose a user profile, or for the purpose of advertising, market research or further design of our websites, then the IP-number will previously be made anonymous. Otherwise, the IP-number will be erased from the log files. As a result, your IP-number remains anonymous even during the automatic collection and temporary storage of your IP-number.
This website uses Google analytics, a web-analysis service of Googe Inc. („Google“) Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, text data that is stored on your computer and enables analysis of website use. The information provided by the cookies regarding your use of this website (including your IP-Address) is transferred and stored to a Google server. Google uses this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile Website activity reports for the website operators and to provide additional website- and Internet-linked services. If the situation should arise, Google will also share this information with a third party, provided this is stipulated by law or if the third party processes the information on behalf of Google. Google will never show your IP-Address in connection with other data from Google. You can also prevent the installation of cookies by a corresponding adjustment of your browser software; we caution you however, that in this case you will not be able to fully utilise all the functions of the website. With the use of this website, you declare your consent of the data collection performed by Google in the manner described above and consent of the purpose of the data collection.

The list of the various Facebook Social Plugins and their appearances can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you visit a page on our website which contains a Facebook Social Plugin, a direct link is established between your browser and Facebook’s servers. The content of the plugin is then sent directly to your browser from Facebook and included by Facebook in the website. We therefore have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook gathers using this plugin and inform you that according to our knowledge: By using the plugin, Facebook receives information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website.
If you have a Facebook account and do not wish that Facebook, via our website, collects information about you and links it to your data stored with your Facebook member information, you must first log out of your Facebook account before visting our website. It is also possible to block Facebook Social Plugins by using add-ons for your browser, for example with the “Facebook Blocker”.
